Argyll Cottages Durran......Drover's Way and Forester's self catering cottages are situated in the village of Durran (location map) , close to Loch Awe in the heart of Argyll on the west coast of Scotland. These self catering cottages unique aspects can give you good sun at the front of the cottages from late morning until the sun sinks behind the hills on the other side of the loch. A ten minute walk from the self catering cottages will bring you onto the shore of Loch Awe with spectacular views up the loch to Ben Cruachan or down to Ford. Another short walk from the self catering cottages will bring you onto the old drover's road to Loch Fyne. The famous Kilmartin Museum is only a short drive away.
